Welcome to TintaShift E-Paper Nail Art Application. This App is developed and operated by Prism Institute (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (App Store Operator) and Prism Institute Limited (Google Play Operator), supporting Bluetooth connection and control of intelligent e-paper nail devices.

This App contains zero advertisements, no ad tracking, no advertising identifier collection, and no data processing related to advertisement attribution or marketing promotion.

By installing and using this App, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully agree to all terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. Information Collection Principles

We collect personal information in accordance with legality, legitimacy, necessity and minimization. Only data required for device control, account services and stable operation will be collected.

3. Information We Collect

• Basic Device Information: Device model, system version, screen parameters, Bluetooth status, signal strength and pairing records.
• Network & Routing Data: Public IP address is obtained only for regional identification, user routing distribution and regional isolated data storage. IP addresses will not be used for positioning, disclosed publicly or stored permanently.
• Service Logs: App operation records, device connection status and crash logs, used only for troubleshooting and service optimization.
• User Provided Information: Email address for account login. No extra sensitive personal information is collected.
• Custom Content: Nail patterns, color schemes and usage history, stored locally first and backed up to cloud when necessary.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

• Precise location data or continuous background location tracking
• Contacts, call logs, SMS and private gallery files
• Camera, microphone and audio-video data
• Bank card, payment and financial information
• Facial, fingerprint and other biometric data
• IDFA, OAID or any advertising identifiers. No ads, no ad tracking activities.

5. App Permissions

• Bluetooth: Discover, pair and connect e-paper nail hardware devices.
• Location: Only required for Android Bluetooth scanning. We do not collect, store or upload any geographic location data.
• Storage: Save local nail patterns and color configurations.
• Network: Cloud synchronization, device command delivery, IP routing diversion and version update.

6. IP Routing & Regional Data Storage Rules

• We use dedicated routing servers to automatically classify users by real-time public IP, and store domestic and international user data in isolated servers separately.
• Users from mainland China IP: All account and personal data are stored entirely within mainland China, no cross-border data transmission or overseas storage.
• Users from overseas IP: All personal cloud data is stored on Alibaba Cloud servers in Virginia, USA.
• IP addresses are exclusively used for routing judgment, not for marketing, external sharing or long-term archiving.
• Automatic regional diversion without manual operation, fully compliant with local laws and regulations.

7. How We Use Your Information

• Realize Bluetooth device connection, pattern delivery and style synchronization
• IP regional identification, service routing scheduling and regional data isolation
• Account login and cloud backup of user nail patterns & color settings
• App maintenance, fault repair and version upgrade
• Comply with cybersecurity and personal information protection laws

8. Information Sharing & Disclosure

• No advertising SDKs or marketing partnerships. We never share user data with any advertising or marketing platforms.
• We will never sell, rent or disclose your personal information.
• Only necessary desensitized data is shared with compliant cloud and routing service providers who undertake strict confidentiality obligations.
• We cooperate with information requests only when legally required by judicial and regulatory authorities.

9. Cross-Border Data Transfer

• All data of mainland China users remains within China and will not be transferred overseas.
• Overseas user data complies with EU GDPR, California CCPA & CPRA privacy regulations.
• All cross-border data activities strictly follow China Personal Information Protection Law.

10. Data Retention & Security

• Account data: Retained during service period, fully deleted within 15 working days after account cancellation.
• Bluetooth connection logs: Retained for 30 days after disconnection.
• System operation logs: Automatically cleared after 90 days.
• User IP addresses: Used only for real-time routing, not archived permanently.
• All data is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS, with encrypted password storage, server firewall and regular security audits.

11. Your Privacy Rights

You may manage your privacy in App settings at any time:

• Access and modify personal account information
• Delete cloud nail patterns and usage history
• Revoke system permission authorizations
• Apply for account cancellation and full data erasure
• Make inquiries and complaints about privacy matters

12. Protection of Minors

This App is intended for users aged 18 and above. Minors may use the App only with parental consent. We will immediately delete all minor-related data once discovered.

13. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated according to laws and service changes. Major adjustments will be notified in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
